How to play

Every day is a fresh Banana Peel: five bananas, the same for everyone, each somewhere between bright green (Day 1) and richly spotted (Day 14). Read each one, guess its ripeness, and chain accurate reads to multiply your score.

1. Study each banana — colour, freckles, tips.
2. Drag the slider to your best guess, down to a tenth of a day (Day 1.0–14.0).
3. Land within a day and your combo grows — each consecutive good read multiplies the next banana's points (up to 3×).
4. Miss by more than a day and the combo resets. After five bananas, share your run and come back tomorrow for your 🔥 streak.

Heads up: real bananas vary. Two day-8 bananas won't look identical — some are spotty for their age, some stay clean. Read the whole peel (colour, freckles, tips), not one pixel.

🟢 Days 1–3: green tinge, firm, no freckles.
🍌 Days 4–7: yellowing to full yellow — the sweet spot.
🟤 Days 8–11: freckles multiply; tips brown.
🟫 Days 12–14: heavy spotting, deep gold going brown (banana-bread territory).

Scoring & combos

Each banana is graded on how close you land — to the tenth of a day. Dead-on is 1000 points; every full day off cuts it by roughly 40% (half a day out still scores ~760). Land within a day and your combo climbs: the multiplier rises 0.5× per consecutive good read, up to 3×, and applies to the next banana — so a clean streak is worth far more than five lucky one-offs. One bad read resets it to 1×. Your spoiler-free share strip shows the shape of your run without giving the answers away.
